Terms of Service for LegacyHelpline

Welcome to LegacyHelpline (legacyhelpline.biz). By accessing or using our services, digital products, or goods, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope
These terms apply to three categories of offerings:
- Guidance Services – one-on-one or group legacy and estate guidance sessions;
- Digital Materials – e-guides, templates, audio or video recordings;
- Physical Goods – printed workbooks or related materials.
2. Guidance Services
Our guidance sessions are scheduled in advance. You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or change an appointment. If you provide sufficient notice, we will process a full refund of any payment made. Appointments changed within 48 hours may be rescheduled once without additional charge. After that window, the session fee is non-refundable due to reserved expert time and preparation.
3. Digital Materials
Upon purchase, digital items are available for immediate download or streaming. Because of instant delivery, these materials are not eligible for refund, except in the event of a technical defect. If you experience an access issue, contact us within seven days of purchase. Verified technical defects will qualify for a full refund.
4. Physical Goods
If you purchase printed or tangible materials, you may send back items within 14 days of shipment date. Goods must arrive in original condition. After inspection, we will process a refund of the purchase amount less original delivery charges. You are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
5. Refund Policy
We understand circumstances change. To request a refund or rescheduling:
- Guidance Services: Submit a request via our contact form at least 48 hours before your session for full reimbursement. Late requests may only be accommodated with rescheduling.
- Digital Materials: Report any technical issues within seven days to qualify for a refund. After that period, purchases are final.
- Physical Goods: Ship back within 14 days. Once we confirm condition, we will issue a refund of the item cost, minus original delivery fees.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. If you wish to apply an eligible payment toward a future service, please indicate this in your request.
6. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Certain bespoke or expedited services cannot be rescheduled or refunded, as we have allocated resources and staff specifically for these engagements. Such details will be stated at the time of purchase.
7. Changes to Terms
LegacyHelpline may revise these terms at any time. We will post updates on legacyhelpline.biz. Continued use of our offerings constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
